false Ackworth School promotes a Quaker ethos but nevertheless were keen to learn about Islam. Imam Imran delivered a talk to about sixty students. Andrew Ward of Ackworth School commented: "I'm afraid that talks on religion are never approached with great enthusiasm by the Sixth Form but you transformed their view this afternoon with your light touch and secure knowledge. Your sincerity and goodness shone through to an audience which can have a tendency to be cynical (I don't mean Ackworth students, I mean people of that age in general). I asked one boy what he felt about your talk and he replied "He's a legend"! Thank you again so much, it is never easy to share one's faith, there is always a bit of risk taking.
